Weekends are for the family, not chasing payments.

Sound familiar?

  1. 1.You finish the job.
  2. 2.You send a number over text — or drop off a paper invoice.
  3. 3.You wait.
  4. 4.You follow up. Awkwardly. "Hey, just checking in…"
  5. 5.You wait some more.
  6. 6.You get paid — eventually.
I used to spend Sunday nights sending follow-up texts. Now the reminders go out automatically — and I get paid before the weekend.

Send it. Get paid. Move on.

From building the invoice to money in your account — three steps.

01

Build your invoice in under 2 minutes

Add line items, set a due date, and pick which payment methods to accept. Your logo and business name are already there. Nothing for your customer to question.

02

Your customer gets a pay link — not a PDF attachment

They receive a clean, branded email with a single "Pay Now" button. No account. No login. No friction. Works on any device.

03

Money moves — and you're notified the second it does

Card, bank transfer, Venmo, and more. Your customer pays the way that's easiest for them. The money lands in your bank directly.

Know before you follow up

See the moment they open it.

Most contractors send an invoice and then wonder — did they get it? Did they look at it? Rendwell removes the wondering. Every invoice includes real-time open tracking. The second your customer clicks through, you know. When payment follows quickly, you'll see exactly why. When it doesn't, you know to follow up — instead of sitting on your hands.

Grow and Max Plans

You stop chasing.
The reminders don't.

On Grow and Max, the moment you hit send, a reminder sequence starts running. It's professional, it's timed, and it fires automatically — without you thinking about it again. Most payments come in before the overdue notice even fires.

Need to customize the timing, add your own sequences, or unlock Klarna for your customers? That's available on Grow and Max plans — coming soon.

  • Payment received

    Paid — receipt sent automatically

Your customer gets a PDF receipt. You get a notification. The job is closed.

The more ways they can pay, the faster they do.

Customers delay when paying is inconvenient. You choose what's available on each invoice.

Transparent fees

Top-to-bottom clarity.

Multiple payment methods

Card, ACH, Venmo, and Cash App. The more options you offer, the fewer excuses there are not to pay.

Automatic reminders

A built-in sequence fires before, on, and after the due date. You stop thinking about it the moment the invoice is sent.

Fully white-labeled

Your logo, your business name, your email. The payment experience looks like it came from you — not a third-party tool.

Professional PDF receipts

Every invoice is a polished PDF with line items, totals, and your branding. When your customer pays, a receipt goes to their inbox automatically.

Outstanding, paid, overdue — at a glance

Your invoices dashboard shows what you're owed, what's been paid, and which jobs are overdue. No spreadsheet required.

Estimate to invoice in one step

Common questions

What does invoicing cost?
Invoicing is included with every Rendwell account. You'll pay Stripe's standard processing fees — shown to you in full before every send — and choose whether to absorb them or pass them to your customer.
What payment methods can my customer use?
You control which methods are available. Credit and debit cards and ACH bank transfer are on by default. Venmo and Cash App Pay are optional. Your customer only sees the methods you've turned on.
Can I pass the processing fee to my customer?
Yes. Before you send any invoice, you'll see the exact fee for each payment method — for you and for your customer. For each method, you choose whether to absorb it or pass it along. If you pass it, your customer's payment page shows the adjusted total per method before they pay.
Why is ACH so much cheaper for large jobs?
ACH is 0.8%, capped at $5. Card processing is 2.9% + $0.30 — uncapped. On a $15,000 job, that's $5 vs $435. For roofing, decks, landscaping, and any larger project, ACH is almost always worth recommending to your customer.
Do I need a Stripe account?
You'll connect your bank account through a quick Stripe onboarding flow — takes about 2 minutes and is required before you can collect payments. You don't need a pre-existing Stripe account. Rendwell walks you through it.
Does my customer need an account to pay?
No. They get an email with a pay link, click it, choose their payment method, and pay — no account, no login, no app. Works on any device.
What is Klarna and when is it available?
Klarna lets your customers split a large invoice into installments — buy now, pay over time. It's particularly useful for jobs over $3,000 where a customer might hesitate at the full upfront cost. Klarna is available on Grow and Max plans, coming soon.
